At first, this customer needed a batch of air quality detectors with wifi function. After I sent the customer information and quotation of our products, although our products did not meet a certain point of the customer’s requirements, the customer still replied to me, I It can be felt that this customer is a very gentle customer because most customers will not reply directly.
Then I made some recommendations according to the customer’s requirements. After several email communications, the customer finally agreed to take the sample first. In this way, we sent the sample to the customer. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the sample. Everything went well, but a few days later We conducted a video conference to communicate the details of bulk shipments. The customer added the function of connecting and sending data to the server. After research, our engineer team said that the original product could not meet the customer’s requirements due to technical reasons. The customer was a little disappointed, but not angry. At the same time, after several days of meeting and research by our engineers, we finally came up with a solution. Another product of ours, TC-700, can try to develop this function. The customer is very happy, because the customer is not the end user (he is just a middleman). If If you can’t meet the requirements, you will face huge fines if you can’t deliver in time. The final customer agrees to our new plan. Because of the urgency of time, the customer proactively suggested that you do not need samples, and direct bulk orders, and must complete bulk orders within 25 days.
After knowing the news, our company held an emergency meeting to ensure that the customer must complete the order within 25 days (this is very difficult and very risky, because we do not make samples directly to start large goods, if it is unsuccessful, it will be full All lose, not only will the company lose money, but customers will also face fines), with the belief of never disappointing customers, we started the process of R&D and production.
For this reason, our company moves all our non-urgent orders to the back of the Internet, and gives priority to the production of this customer’s order. During our research and development process, we will confirm the information with the customer basically every day. We have completely made our original standard products into the customer’s The required functions (interface, logo, functions, modules…), this is a very complicated process, although some bugs have been encountered in the middle, but our team has tried every means to meet the customer’s requirements, even when the customer agrees that the customer’s requirements cannot be achieved After a certain standard is okay, our engineers finally figured out a way to achieve it. For many nights, our engineers worked overtime on research and development, the sales and management team communicated with customers at night, and spent several weekends in the office trying to complete the delivery as soon as possible.
Finally, we worked overtime to complete the production and assembly of large-scale goods on the weekend when the delivery period was only the last two days. We only waited for the connection with the customer server on Monday to check the data connection problem. Because of the time difference, we could only check with the customer at noon. After the turn, it was finally ensured that all machines could send data, and the customer finally confirmed OK at 8 pm. Live up to expectations the next day (that is, the day the customer requested on August 2) can be packaged and shipped.
On the night of delivery, I received a customer’s whatsapp thank you message (the main content is to thank our company for its full support and to keep its promises despite all difficulties). After receiving the customer’s information, I immediately conveyed the customer’s gratitude to our team and was proud of our excellent team. And like, in fact, we are happier than customers, because we live up to expectations, we have completed what other companies can’t do, although it is hard and difficult, but finally give customers a satisfactory answer. At the same time, our efforts and efforts have also been recognized by customers. This is the most glorious and proud moment.
